大会主题

近年来，随着分子生物技术的快速发展，液体活检凭借其便捷、无创、克服肿瘤异质性、动态监测和提供监测信息全面等优势迅速成为了肿瘤诊疗领域人们持续关注的焦点，在肿瘤早筛、预后判断、用药指导和动态监测方面有着巨大的研究潜力、临床应用前景和商业价值。

中德两国是推动肿瘤个体化诊疗发展的重要力量，两国专家在液体活检基础研发、临床研究和临床实践等方面有着众多具有影响力的创新和突破。2019年3月1-4日在上海市第一人民医院南院会议中心举办的以“ 肿瘤液体活检及精准治疗：突破与发展”为主题的中德双边论坛，将邀请40余位相关领域知名专家分享液体活检技术研发和临床应用研究经验，展望前景。

内容主要涉及液体活检在精准医疗中的应用、CTCs/DTCs在血液和肿瘤转移病灶中的检测与动态监测、CDX模型构建、组学研究及其特异性生物标记物鉴定、CTCs/DTCs异质性、单细胞组学技术进展（基因、转录组、表观遗传组学及代谢组学）、外泌体体内分泌与标记技术、线粒体DNA等新型标记物在肿瘤早筛/预后判断和用药监测的探索等精彩议题。
